These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zonefit website (the "Site") and the digital visitor guides and related content we produce and publish (collectively, the "Content"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any of our guides, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Content.

Zonefit is owned and operated as an independent editorial publishing project based in Singapore. We produce informational and educational content to assist visitors planning a trip to Singapore's theme parks. These Terms apply to all users of the Site regardless of how they access it.

2. Nature of Our Services

Our guides are practical PDF documents containing planning advice, zone descriptions, crowd management strategies, dining recommendations, and other visit-related information. They are designed to help visitors prepare for and enjoy a theme park visit more fully. Purchasing a Zonefit guide gives you access to that informational content — and nothing else.

We have no ability to provide, guarantee, or influence access to any theme park, ride, show, dining venue, or any other facility operated by the park or resort. All matters relating to entry, admission, and physical access to any venue must be arranged directly with the operating party.

3. Nature of Our Content

Our guides are based on the personal research and experience of the Zonefit editorial team. This includes direct visits to Universal Studios Singapore, analysis of publicly available visitor information, and ongoing monitoring of changes to the park's offerings. Our content reflects our team's independent assessment and editorial judgement.

Our guides do not represent official park information and should not be treated as such. Park operations, attraction availability, show schedules, dining options, seasonal events, and opening hours are subject to change at any time and without notice. Zonefit does not guarantee the accuracy of operational details included in our guides at the time of your visit. We always recommend verifying time-sensitive information directly with the park before your trip.

Our guides are written in good faith to provide genuinely useful planning assistance. They reflect conditions observed at the time of the most recent revision, as noted in each guide's publication information.

4. Eligibility and Use Conditions

The Site and our guides are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are purchasing a guide on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You may use our guides solely for personal trip planning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sub-license, or otherwise share our guide content with third parties without explicit written permission from Zonefit.

5. Payment and Refunds

All guide purchases are for digital content delivered in PDF format. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Because our guides are digital products delivered electronically, we are unable to offer refunds once the guide has been delivered to your email address. If you do not receive your guide within 24 hours of completing your order, please contact us at guide@zonefit.sg and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or reading your guide, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the content you have purchased in a usable format.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zonefit Site and within our guides — including text, structural organisation, planning frameworks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Zonefit and is protected under applicable copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content you purchase for your own private planning purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or any form of commercial use of our content.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site and our guides, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute our guide content without written authorisation
• Use the Site or guides for any unlawful or commercially exploitative purpose
• Attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or our guides shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
